Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India. Orders below ₹499 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Order cut-off time for same-day processing is 2:00 PM IST.

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on the courier partner's website or from your My Orders page on GlowMirror.

We work with reliable courier partners including Shiprocket, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post depending on your location and order weight. The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest delivery.
Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal of delivery, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
