This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we ship orders, the timeline you can expect, and what to do if your shipment is delayed or undelivered.
1. Where We Ship
GlowMirror ships across India — all states and union territories with serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners.
We do not currently ship internationally. Orders with international addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on every order — no minimum cart value required.
- The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay (inclusive of shipping). No hidden fees, no surprise charges at checkout.
3. Order Cut-off Time
- Cut-off time: 12:00 PM IST (noon), Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch (Handling Time)
- Handling time: 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
- In-stock domestic titles: packed and handed to courier within 1–2 business days.
- Imported / publisher-direct titles (Springer, Wiley, Pearson, Oxford and similar): sourcing takes 3–7 business days, after which the book is dispatched. Total handling time for imported titles: 4–9 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email + WhatsApp notification with tracking details once the package is picked up.
5. Transit Time & Delivery Timeline
Transit time (once dispatched by courier):
- Metros (Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 3–6 business days
- Tier-3 / remote PIN codes & North-East: 5–10 business days
Total delivery time (handling + transit): 3–12 business days for in-stock titles across India.
- In-stock titles to metros: 3–6 business days
- In-stock titles to Tier-2/3 & remote: 6–12 business days
- Imported titles: 6–19 business days (sourcing + transit)
Estimates are indicative; courier delays due to weather, strikes, or remote serviceability can occasionally extend delivery.
6. Logistics Partner
All shipments are dispatched via Shiprocket, India's largest e-commerce logistics aggregator. Depending on PIN serviceability and weight, your order may be carried by Delhivery, Ekart, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, or other Shiprocket-empanelled couriers.
7. Tracking Your Order
- You can track your order from the My Account page once tracking is assigned.
- The tracking number and live status are also emailed to you and pushed via WhatsApp at every stage (picked up, in-transit, out-for-delivery, delivered).
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are unable to modify the address once the order has been picked up by the courier. Re-attempts caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers may incur reshipping charges.
9. Failed / Undelivered Shipments
- Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail and the package is returned to us (RTO), we will contact you to reship (reshipping charges may apply for buyer-side issues) or refund.
- If the package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours with your order ID at info@glowmirror.in. We will investigate with the courier and resolve.
10. Damaged or Wrong Items
Open the package on receipt and check the contents. If the book is damaged in transit or you received the wrong title, raise a complaint within 48 hours with photos/video to info@glowmirror.in or our WhatsApp. We will arrange a free pickup and either replace the book or issue a full refund — your choice. 11. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the package has not been picked up by the courier. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may instead request a return upon delivery.
