How to distill creativity
I quite enjoyed this book. Its a technical read, but we'll worth it. The author covers one of the most interesting fields I've come across, called TRIZ. Over 3 million patents have been analyzed and 4s0 patterns of creativity have emerged that can be found in over 80% of the patents examined. If these patterns can be applied to new problems, then that's a very powerful approach at your fingertips.
