5.0 out of 5 starsA mysterious subject and a new arena to explore...
First and foremost I would like to compliment the author for the sheer fact that he could choose a topic where most of the writers will draw their line. The pressure of "being politically correct" had refrained many of them to not got indulge in any subject matter related to politics...and here he dared to write on PMs of our Nation even analysing their life behavioural and action.Kudos to you!!!I have been an avid reader and read his book "Duryodanisation" earlier from where my first exposure to such monster looking words has started.. Like narcissism...Machiavelli...etc.Some of the readers will feel averse to pick such books but that's where the expertise of the author comes.Various references wielded by Dr Nishant speaks volume about him as a researcher and the depth to which he has gone...his use of language speaks about his concept clarity and analysis tells about the balance in the thought process.A topic away from mainstream ideas floating in the market will surely keep you engrossed and the knowledge attained will be unfathomable. The book is not only for the academic but can be very well-read to know the historical facts and progress which the nation has done through the lens of the various Prime Ministers.Looking forward to more from him...

4.0 out of 5 starsFull of wisdom and inspiration. A must have reference for all leaders
A comprehensive read on leadership styles. I can’t recommend it enough. The author has done a detailed research on various leadership styles of Indian Prime Ministers and draws learnings into tactical and applicable nuggets. The book contains wealth of knowledge on the principles to success on a personal and team level for all the modern leaders. I think it does a wonderful good job of helping readers understand what leadership is, as opposed to “managership”.
