We implemented many of the aspects of this book(cutting out grains and fruits, including diary,meat and cod liver oil)in our toddlers diet. He has severe tooth decay and no procedures can be done at least till he's 3.5years. 2 months into it and tooth decay is arrested, if not reversed.

Must read!! Read it to gain more insight into a science that is suppressed or hidden from the public view. Though the book does not exclusively mention KETOGENIC DIET, it is this diet that the book proves the efficacy of in curing tooth decay. And so, throughout the book it continuously advises to embrace the Low Carb High Fat Diet and much more. There is no doubt about the efficacy of the applications suggested through this book but still, it sometimes is difficult even if not impossible to design the kind of diet, especially in countries like India. Despite using the best toothpastes, brushing twice, flossing, visiting dentists regularly in short doing everything the textbooks advise, the whole population of the modern world is carrying decayed tooth and inflamed gums. This book shows where the science has gone wrong. Besides being informative this book also make an interesting read. Get your copy today.

Worthwhile
Great book, very worthwhile. Only one flaw: The author talks about particular outlets, stores, 'imported' products...without mentioning where he is! So the reader is left wondering. It's not hard to guess, because it's only Americans who do this - that uniquely odd habit of presuming everyone you are speaking to is also American, rather than one of the other 96%. So that's a little odd and means you have to figure out your own local situation, but the information is very worthwhile.
